This is the first manufacturer to make the adjustable pulleys and still the only one with 2 pulleys. Two pullies half the stack, One pulley the entire stack weight. Two 204lb. weight stacks. 153 in. long, 96 in. high, 45 in. depth if lat pulldown (below) is mounted at right angle.

These larger pieces need higher ceilings than any of us own (96 inches). They are the top of the line, Magnum Fitness adjustable Cable Crossover and Power Cage. The Cable has the heavy weight stacks. You will get a fair price on these items.
The equipment has light use, not commercial gym use. I would consider the use as "homeowner" level.
